This afternoon the kids just had to pull something out of the garden. They have been eyeing the radishes for the past few days. I found a recipe for radish chips so we figured we would harvest our radishes and give the chips a try.
The radishes looked great.
The chips....not so much.
Our radish fest started at 3:30.
We pulled, sliced, placed the chips in the oven...
then we realized, Mr. Orange needed to get to track...
soon...
Set the cook time on the oven (first timer here) and went to track.
Didn't set the timer long enough and we had soggy radish chips.
